Our mandate; to empower, uplift and inspire. Do Something Different was formed by a common desire to see the young people of Saint Lucia succeed against the odds. We strive to aid and support underprivileged students throughout the island by providing them with school essentials to facilitate learning. According to the Central Statistical Office of Saint Lucia, as of 2016 Saint Lucia has a poverty headcount rate of 25%, which means 1⁄4 of the population lives in poverty. At Do Something Different, we believe through active sensitization and the use of social media, we can tackle this issue at the root to build a better nation for our impoverished youth.
